摘要
信息服务是图书馆的重要职能之一,在应对突发公共卫生事件中能够发挥重要作用。对我国省级、直辖市公共图书馆网站在新冠肺炎疫情防控期间的信息服务工作和应急服务措施进行分析,针对公共图书馆在突发公共卫生事件中的信息服务发展,提出了树立危机意识,构建图书馆应急管理机制、整合多种资源,创新多元化应急信息服务、培养综合能力,建设图书馆应急服务团队、加强沟通合作,提升图书馆信息服务效益的建议对策。
Information service is one of the important functions of library.It plays an important role in responding to public health emergencies.This paper analyzes the information service and emergency services measures provided by the websites of several provincial and municipal public libraries during the COVID-19 prevention and control.Aiming at the information service development of public health emergencies in public libraries,this paper puts forward suggestions and countermeasures including establishing crisis consciousness,constructing emergency management mechanism of libraries,integrating multiple resources,innovating diversified emergency information service,cultivating comprehensive ability,constructing library emergency service team,strengthening communication and cooperation and improving the effect of library information service.
