“疫情防控”视域下的全国31家省级公共图书馆微信平台建设研究

Research on the Construction of WeChat Platform of Provincial Public Library From the Perspective of“Epidemic Prevention and Control”

2020年初,全国爆发新型冠状病毒性肺炎疫情成为国家重点公共卫生安全突发事件。全国各地公共图书馆采取临时闭馆措施并积极开展线上服务。在此背景下,针对疫情防控期间对全国各省级公共图书馆面向读者开展线上服务的微信平台运行状况进行实证研究具有重要意义。论文以31家省级公共图书馆微信公众号为研究对象,采取网络调查、实例分析法,利用清博大数据平台和微信传播指数(WCI)从微信基本情况、信息推送等应用现状进行数据采集、对比、分析,开展实证研究。调研结果显示,各省级公共图书馆微信平台之间发展不均衡,运用状况参差不齐,未来提升空间巨大。

At the beginning of 2020,the outbreak of the new coronavirus pneumonia became a national key public health emergency.Public libraries around the country have temporarily closed their libraries and actively launched online services.In this context,it is of great significance to carry out an empirical study on the operation of WeChat platform which provides online services to readers in all provincial public libraries in China during epidemic prevention and control.Taking the WeChat public accounts of 31 provincial public libraries as the research object,this paper adopts network survey,case analysis,and uses the qingbo big data platform and WCI to conduct data collection,comparison and analysis from the basic situation of WeChat and the application status of information push.The research results show that the WeChat platform of all provincial public libraries has uneven development and uneven application status,and there is a huge space for future improvement.
