大数据时代,以团队为抓手提供服务是图书馆知识服务的主要形式,提升知识团队服务水平是团队建设的主要目标。依托人力资源管理理念,文章提出构建图书馆阶梯式知识服务团队建设模型。模型以持续改进为理念,围绕人力资源规划、个人能力发展、考核与激励、文化塑造四个方面,提供从构建期到提升期四个阶段的管理目标和主线,推进团队向高质量建设方向发展,以期为大数据时代图书馆发展带来新视角。

The team service is the main form of providing knowledge service in the big data era.Improving the ability of knowledge service team is the main goal of team cultivating.Relying on the concept of human resource management,the paper constructs the model of library ladder knowledge service team.The concept of the model is continuous improvement.Based on human resource planning,personal ability development,assessment and culture shaping,the model provides four steps of management objectives and main lines,which can be used to improve the development of team building and bring a new perspective for the library development in the big data era.
