合肥地区高校阅读推广馆员队伍素养能力调查及分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Quality of Reading Promotion Librarians in Colleges and Universities in Hefei

文章基于问卷调查的方式,对合肥地区高校阅读推广馆员的构成与素质能力现状进行分析,主要涉及样本人口学特征、样本职业特征与馆员队伍能力素养,并基于分析结果提出优化阅读推广馆员队伍特征结构、促进阅读推广馆员队伍专业化、制定阅读推广馆员队伍长远发展规划、设立专业阅读推广馆员部门与注重培训频率与内容形式调整五点建议,以期为高校图书馆阅读推广馆员队伍素质提升提供参考。

Based on the questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the composition and quality of university reading promotion librarians in Hefei,mainly involving the demographic characteristics of the sample,the professional characteristics of the sample and the competency of the librarians.Based on the analysis results,five suggestions are put forward,including optimizing the characteristic structure of reading promotion librarian team,promoting the specialization of reading promotion librarian team,formulating long-term development plan of reading promotion librarian team,establishing professional reading promotion librarian department and paying attention to the adjustment of training frequency and content form,so as to provide reference for improving the quality of reading promotion librarian team in university libraries.
