摘要
在创新创业背景下,为提高食品类专业学生的创新创业能力,以文山学院为例分析食品类专业教学中创新创业能力培养存在的问题,构建了食品类专业创新创业人才培养体系,从人才培养方案、教学方法、考核方式、“双导师”制师资队伍的建设和多渠道拓展学生创新创业实践途径方面对其实施进行了阐述。
Taking Wenshan College as an example,the existing problems in the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship in food major teaching are analyzed,and a food professional innovation and entrepreneurship training system is constructed in order to improve the innovation and entrepreneurial ability of food major students in the context of innovation and entrepreneurship.Cultivation plans,teaching methods and assessment methods,the construction of a"double tutor"faculty,and multi-channel expansion of students'innovative and entrepreneurial practice channels are described in terms of their implementation.
