摘要 泉州湾跨海大桥为国内首次在沿海地区复杂环境下建设的高速铁路桥梁,大桥全长20.305 km,与既有泉州绕城高速公路跨海大桥并行跨越泉州湾,跨海段桥梁长度9.0 km。介绍了福厦高铁泉州湾跨海大桥桥位选择、总体设计方案、主要桥梁结构、耐久性设计和桥梁创新技术。针对复杂的建设条件,跨海段桥梁水中基础均采用长栈桥加施工平台的施工方案,主桥采用(70+130+400+130+70)m钢-混组合梁斜拉桥,实现了在大型海湾深水区装配化快速建造;海上深水区引桥采用3×70 m无支座整体式连续刚构,结构受力及变形协调性良好;跨绕城高速公路采用主跨160 m连续刚构拱,裸梁通行运梁车,为海上简支梁运架施工创造了有利条件。该工程可为我国跨海高速铁路以及400 m大跨度高速铁路桥梁建设提供借鉴。 Quanzhou Bay Sea Crossing Bridge is the first high-speed railway bridge constructed under the complex coastal environment in China.The total length of the bridge is 20.305 km.It crosses Quanzhou Bay in parallel with the existing sea crossing bridge of Quanzhou Ring Expressway with a length of 9.0 km.In view of the complex construction conditions,the long trestle plus construction platform construction scheme is adopted for the underwater foundation of the cross sea bridge,and(70+130+400+130+70)m steel-concrete composite girder cable-stayed bridge is applied for the main bridge,which realizes the rapid assembly construction in the deep-water area of the large bay.The approach bridge in the offshore deep-water area adopts the 3×70 m unbraced integral continuous rigid frame with ideal structural stress and deformation coordination.Continuous rigid frame arch with main span of 160 m is adopted in the highway.The bare girder transport vehicle creates favorable conditions for the construction of simply supported beam at sea.The project provides references for the construction of cross sea high-speed railway and 400 m long-span high-speed railway bridge in China.
