摘要 通过对国内铁路连续梁(刚构)-拱桥拱肋施工方法统计,拱肋主要施工方法包括:拱肋支架原位拼装法、拱肋卧拼塔架竖转法、拱肋异位拼装整体纵移法和拱肋整体(或大节段)吊装法。其中,拱肋支架原位拼装法最为常用,其余施工方法极少采用。金华至台州铁路灵江特大桥(92+3×152+92)m连续梁-拱桥位于台风频发区,前三种施工方法施工周期长无法避开台风季节施工,经综合比选,拱肋采用三大段整体浮吊吊装法施工,可满足拱肋施工安全及工期要求。针对拱肋施工方法选择、拱肋大节段划分、拱肋横移及合龙细节处理进行详细介绍。 According to the statistics of the construction methods for the arch rib of continuous beam(rigid frame)-arch bridge in China,it is found that main construction methods of arch rib include support in-situ assembly method,horizontal assembly and tower vertical rotation method,heterotopic assembly and overall longitudinal moving method,and integral(or large section)lifting method.Among them,the method of arch-rib support in-situ assembly is the most commonly used method,and the other methods are rarely used.The Jinhua-Taizhou Railway Lingjiang Bridge(92+3×152+92)m continuous beam-arch bridge is located in a typhoon-prone area.The first three construction methods have long construction period and cannot avoid the construction in typhoon season.Comprehensive comparison and selection show that the three-section integral hoisting method can meet the requirements of arch rib construction safety and construction period.This paper introduces in detail the selection of arch rib construction method,the division of large segment of arch rib,transverse displacement of arch rib and the treatment of closure details.
