高校二级学院教学质量监控体系存在的问题和对策

建设一流的高校、培养一流的人才,一流的教学质量是重要保障。因此,提高高校二级学院的教学质量显得尤为重要,改进教学质量监控体系更是刻不容缓。当前,高校二级学院教学质量监控体系具有利于凸显校院两级管理体制中二级学院地位、实现教学过程的良性循环和校内外监控相结合等优势,但在实施过程中还存在着教学质量监控机制不健全、教学质量监控的实施过程不扎实、信息的反馈和改进不到位等问题。其主要原因是对教学质量监控体系的认识和重视程度有待提高,二级学院教学督导主体作用有待更好发挥。高校二级学院教学质量监控体系必须通过建立质量监控机制、完善质量标准体系、推进全过程管理、构建多元化评价主体、完善监控反馈系统等措施来改进,从而不断提高教学质量,提高人才培养水平。

First-class teaching quality is an important guarantee for the construction of first-class colleges and universities and the cultivation of first-class talents.Therefore,it is hugely important to improve the teaching quality of secondary colleges,and it is urgent to improve the teaching quality monitoring system.At present,the teaching quality monitoring system of secondary colleges in universities has the advantages of highlighting the status of secondary colleges in the two-level management system of colleges and universities,realizing the combination of the virtuous cycle of teaching process and the monitoring inside and outside the school.However,there are still some problems in the implementation process,such as the imperfect teaching quality monitoring mechanism,the unsound implementation process of teaching quality monitoring,and the inadequate feedback and improvement of information.The main reason is that the awareness and attention to the teaching quality monitoring system need to be improved,and the main role of teaching supervision in secondary colleges needs to be better played.In order to improve the teaching quality and raise the level of talent cultivation,we must establish the quality monitoring mechanism,improve the quality standard system,promote the whole process management,build a diversified evaluation body,and improve the monitoring feedback system.
