世界一流科技期刊建设背景下中文高校学报提升之路——以9种入选“中国科技期刊卓越行动计划”的高校学报为例

文章以入选"中国科技期刊卓越行动计划"(下称"卓越计划")的9种中文高校学报为例,探讨世界一流科技期刊建设背景下中文高校学报的提升之路。入选"卓越计划"的多家中文高校学报虽然仍以"大学校名+学报"形式命名,然而其学科设置已基本接近专业刊,学报正在转变综合办刊机制,逐渐向专业刊转型;入选"卓越计划"的中文高校学报依托一流学科与优势学科,以专刊或专栏出版的形式使学报发展特色化;入选"卓越计划"的中文高校学报通过组建青年编委或通信编委的形式发挥中青年专家学者的办刊积极性;高校期刊集群的建立对改变高校学报"小、散、弱"处境具有重大作用。

Taking 9 Chinese university journals selected into the "Excellence Action Plan for Chinese Sci-tech Journals" as examples.In the meanwhile,it also discusses the roadmap to improve Chinese university journals against the background of the construction of world-class scientific and technological journals.Although many Chinese university journals selected into the "Excellence Project" are still named in the form of "University Names plus Journal",they are intrinsically close to professional journals when they are transforming their comprehensive publishing mechanism and gradually changing into professional journals.These journals take advantage of the first-class research disciplines and superior academic resources to develop their special niches in the form of special issues and columns.These journals emphasize the cultivation of young and middle-aged experts through the formation of young editorial boards or correspondence scholars to raise the enthusiasm of experts.The establishment of university journal clusters has a major impact on changing the situation of "small,scattered and weak" publications.
