我国高等职业教育区域布局动力因素与适应性特征研究

Study on the Motivating Factors and Adaptive Characteristics of Regional Distribution of Higher Vocational Education in China

高等职业教育是高层次技术技能人才培养的主渠道,在我国教育体系中扮演着重要角色。作为与区域经济联系最为紧密的教育阶段与教育类型,高等职业教育的区域布局直接影响人力资本的空间结构和质量,进而影响区域产业转型升级和社会发展。我国高等职业教育区域布局动力因素复杂交织,既体现一般性规律,也具有典型的中国特色。为发现规律,总结特色,本研究系统梳理影响我国高等职业教育区域布局的内外部动力因素及其作用过程,并对我国高等职业教育区域布局适应性特征进行实证测算,提出我国高等职业教育区域布局优化的政策建议。

Higher vocational education which plays an important role in China education system is the main channel for cultivating high-level technical talents.It directly affects the spatial structure and quality of human capital,which in turn affects regional industrial change and upgrading and social development as the type of education closely related to the regional economy.The motivating factors of the regional distribution of higher vocational education in China are complex and interweaved,which not only reflect general rules,but also have typical Chinese characteristics.This paper firstly sorted out the internal and external motivating factors affecting the regional distribution of higher vocational education in China,and made an empirical calculation of the adaptive characteristics of regional distribution of higher vocational education.Finally,the paper puts forward some policy proposals for the regional distribution optimization of higher vocational education in China.
