摘要
以二乙基磷酰乙基三乙氧基硅烷和单乙醇胺的硅溶胶为涂层剂,通过浸轧-焙烘结合溶胶-凝胶法制备阻燃棉织物。采用傅里叶红外光谱、热重分析、形貌分析、微型锥形量热分析对制得的阻燃棉织物进行表征。结果表明:溶胶-凝胶涂层成功附着于棉织物表面,热解温度低于未处理棉织物,残炭量增加,表明溶胶-凝胶涂层能够作为隔热屏障保护内部棉织物纤维。利用极限氧指数、垂直燃烧实验和水洗实验对溶胶-凝胶整理棉织物的阻燃性能及耐久性进行测试。结果表明:溶胶-凝胶棉织物的极限氧指数达到31%,阴燃时间、续燃时间和损毁长度分别为0 s、0 s和58 mm,水洗10次后仍然具有较好的阻燃性能。
The mixture of diethylphosphatoethyl-triethoxysilane and monoethanolamine sol was used as the coating agents,and the flame retardant cotton fabric was prepared by padding-baking coupled with solgel method.The structure and properties of prepared flame retardant cotton fabric were measured via Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,thermogravimetric analysis,morphological analysis and micro cone calorime⁃try.The results showed that sol-gel coated on the surface of cotton fabric successfully,comparing with the uncoated cotton fabric,the pyrolysis temperature reduced and the residual carbon increased,which indicated that the sol-gel coating can protect the inner cotton fabric.The flame retardant property and durability of solgel coating cotton fabric were tested by limiting oxygen index,vertical flame test and water-wash test.The re⁃sults indicated that the limiting oxygen index was 31%,the afterglow time,afterflame time and damaged length were 0 s,0 s and 58 mm,and the sol-gel coating cotton fabric still had good flame retardant property after 10 times washing.
