摘要
选取3种日常生活中常见的顽固污渍茶、咖啡、红酒,以针织棉布为布基,用涂染法染制污布。通过洗涤剂去污性能评价实验测试污布的质量。结果表明:该方法制备的污布不适合高温老化,需在自然条件下老化,且在一定时间内老化时间对污布质量无明显影响;无论是同一批次还是不同批次污布的均匀性都较好;同种洗涤剂对3种污渍污布的去污率在一定范围内都随洗涤剂用量的增加而增大;同一用量下多种洗涤剂对3种污渍污布的去污率顺序一致,但与国家标准方法测得的去污力顺序不一致;在低温密封条件下存放28天以内,3种污渍污布有较好的稳定性,能够客观真实地反映洗涤剂对3种污渍的去污性能。
Taking knitted cotton cloth as base cloth,three kinds of common stubborn stains in daily life,tea,coffee and red wine were selected to dye the combination stained cloth with paint dyeing method.The quality of the combination stained cloth was tested through the evaluation test of detergent decontamination performance.The results showed that the combination stained cloth prepared by this method was not suitable for high temperature aging and needed to be aged under natural conditions.In a certain period of time,the ag⁃ing time had no obvious effect on the quality of the combination stained cloth.The uniformity of combination stained cloth no matter same batch or different batches was good.The decontamination rate of the same de⁃tergent to three kinds of combination stained cloth increased with the increase of the detergent dosage in a certain range.At the same dosage,the order of three kinds of combination stained cloth decontamination rate by various detergents was the same,which was not consistent with the order of decontamination perfor⁃mance measured by national standard method.Under the condition of low temperature and sealed storage for 28 days,the three kinds of combination stained cloth had good stability,which could objectively and truly re⁃flect the decontamination performance of detergent to the three kinds of stains.
