摘要
以丙烯酸正丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯腈(AN)、衣康酸(IA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)和甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)等单体为原料,合成了高附着力聚丙烯酸酯涂层剂,并讨论了单体种类和用量对附着力的影响。结果表明:当BA、MMA、AN和AM质量比为40∶45∶9∶6时,得到乳液稳定性良好的高附着力聚丙烯酸酯涂层剂,附着力可达1级,初黏性为5级,持黏性为40 h;将其应用到涤纶织物上,耐皂洗、耐干摩擦色牢度均达到5级,耐湿摩擦色牢度达到4级,耐静水压2.8 kPa,白度77.4%,断裂强力723.56 N;涂层织物水洗15次后,耐皂洗、耐摩擦色牢度均达到4级,耐静水压2.7 kPa,白度79.1%,断裂强力716.32 N。
High adhesion polyacrylate coatings were synthesized from monomers such as n-butyl acry⁃late(BA),methyl methacrylate(MMA),acrylic acid(AA),acrylonitrile(AN),ionic acid(IA),acrylamide(AM)and hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA).The influence of monomer type and dosage on adhesion was discussed.The results showed that when the mass ratio of BA,MMA,AN and AM was 40∶45∶9∶6,the high adhesion polyacrylate coatings with good emulsion stability was obtained,the adhesion force could reach grade 1,the initial viscosity was of grade 5,and the holding viscosity was 40 h.When it was applied to polyester fabric,the color fastness to soaping and dry rubbing reached grade 5,the color fastness to wet rubbing reached grade 4,the hydrostatic pressure was 2.8 kPa,the whiteness was 77.4%,and the breaking strength was 723.56 N.After washing for 15 times,the color fastness to soaping and rubbing of the coated fabric reached grade 4,the hydrostatic pressure was 2.7 kPa,the whiteness was 79.1%,and the breaking strength was 716.32 N.
