摘要
生理性的血管生成对于组织修复、机体平衡具有重要的作用,但异常的血管生成可诱发多种疾病,如癌症、缺血性心脏病、中风等。调节血管的生成对于诸多疾病的治疗具有重要意义,抗血管生成疗法已在某些疾病中显示了治疗意义,但促血管生成疗法仍然是一个难题。近年来,大量研究显示长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)在血管生成中扮演着重要的角色,通过调节异常的lncRNA,可以抑制或促进血管生成,这为治疗异常血管生成的相关疾病开辟了新的领域。
Physiological angiogenesis plays an important role in tissue repair and body balance,but abnormal angiogenesis can induce a variety of diseases,such as cancer,ischemic heart disease and stroke.Regulation of angiogenesis is of great significance for the treatment of many diseases.Anti-angiogenic therapy has shown therapeutic significance in certain diseases,but pro-angiogenic therapy remains a difficult problem.In recent years,a large number of studies have shown that long noncoding RNA(lncRNA)plays an important role in angiogenesis.By regulating abnormal lncRNA,angiogenesis can be inhibited or promoted,which opens up a new field for the treatment of diseases related to abnormal angiogenesis.
