摘要
新冠疫情下,“共享员工”模式获得极速发展。这种模式的常态化,对常年处于“用工荒”状态的乡村产业集群有积极意义。通过对乡村产业集群“共享员工”模式常态化的积极因素与障碍性因素进行分析,认为欲使该模式常态化,应从信息交流渠道、企业员工激励机制、相关政策等方面进行用工机制创新。
Under the present circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic,the mode of“shared employees”has developed rapidly.The paper holds that this mode has positive significance for the rural industrial clusters which are in the chronic state of“labor shortage”.An analysis of the positive influences of and obstacles in the normalization of the“shared employees”mode in rural industrial clusters reveals that in order to normalize the mode,information exchange channels,employee incentive mechanism and relevant policies should be innovated.
