新常态下产业园区企业员工自我效能感研究——以广州市A产业园区员工为例

A Study of the Self-efficacy of Employees in Industrial Parks under the New Normal

摘要 基于社会认知理论,通过问卷法、访谈法和观察法,对广州市A产业园区10家企业的174名员工进行调查,发现超过八成被调查者的自我效能感低于成年人均值。其原因在于随着园区产业不断升级,员工对新的工作技能较为欠缺,线上业务的增加凸显了员工电脑操作知识不足,以及管理者对员工缺乏引导和鼓励。建议企业帮助员工掌握与其岗位匹配的工作技能,给予线上业务培训和心理辅导,使其养成终身学习习惯,同时管理者加强对员工的职业指导与认可奖励,以实现双赢。 Based on the Social Cognitive Theory,this study investigated 174 employees of 10 enterprises in Guangzhou A Industrial Park by means of questionnaire,interview and observation.It is found that more than 80%of the respondents’self-efficacy in the park is lower than the average.The reason is that with the continuous upgrading of the park industry,employees are increasingly insufficient in working skills required for their new posts,i.g.,the increase of online business highlights the lack of computer operation skills of employees and the lack of guidance and encouragement for them from superiors.It is suggested that enterprises help employees master job skills matching their positions and provide online business training and psychological counseling to help them develop lifelong learning habits.Managers should strengthen career guidance and recognize and reward employees in order to achieve a win-win situation.
