摘要
为精细化考虑检修任务间的协调需求,对检修任务逻辑关联关系进行了研究,提出了一种计及检修任务逻辑关联的电网设备检修优化方法。通过对电网运行风险、电力供应、任务匹配等三方面检修计划编制中影响因素的内在机理进行研究,提出了顺序型、互斥型、同步型检修任务逻辑关联关系。在传统的检修计划优化模型中,引入上述三方面约束条件,构建了计及检修任务逻辑关联关系的电网设备检修优化方法。算例进一步对比了所提方法与传统方法在最大失负荷、供电能力等方面的差异,结果显示所提出的方法最大失负荷较传统方法下降40%左右,并能避免检修计划安排不当对供电能力的影响。以上结果表明,通过考虑不同检修任务间的逻辑关联关系,能够降低设备检修造成的电网运行风险,提升电网供电能力,更有利于协调各设备检修任务,提升电网运行效益。
In order to consider the coordination requirement between maintenance tasks,the maintenance task logic correlation is studied,and an optimization method of power network equipment maintenance considering the maintenance task logic correlation is proposed.By studying the internal mechanism of influencing factors of power grid operation risk,power supply and task matching,the logical relation of sequential,mutually exclusive and synchronous maintenance tasks is put forward.In the traditional maintenance plan optimization model,the above three constraints are introduced to construct the maintenance optimization method of power network equipment which takes into account the maintenance task logic relation.A case study is given to further compare the differences between the proposed method and the traditional method in terms of maximum loss load and power supply capacity,etc.The results show that the maximum loss load of the proposed method is about 40%lower than that of the traditional method,and the influence of improper maintenance schedule on power supply capacity can be avoided.The above results show that,by considering the logical correlation between different maintenance tasks,the operation risk of the power grid caused by equipment maintenance can be reduced,the power supply capacity of the power grid can be improved,and it is more conducive to coordinating various equipment maintenance tasks and improving the operation efficiency of the power grid.
