摘要
香兰素是世界上使用最广泛的香料之一,广泛应用于食品、饮料、香料和制药行业。因其添加在食品中具有提升香气的作用,其定量分析成为食品质量控制的一种方法。该试验采用高效液相法检测香兰素,选用Inertsil ODS-3柱,柱长250 mm,内径4.6 mm,膜厚5μm进行测定,在选定的实验条件下,测定的加标回收率为93.10%~101.96%。此方法分析香兰素氧化液灵敏度高、线性良好、准确度高,为食品质检相关部门测定香兰素含量并制定标准提供了有力依据。
Vanillin is one of the most widely used spices in the world,widely used in the food,beverage,spice and pharmaceutical industries.Because of its role in enhancing aroma,its quantitative analysis has become a means of food quality control.In this paper,vanillin was detected by HPLC with Inertsil ODS-3 column with column length of 250 mm,inner diameter of 4.6 mm and film thickness of 5μm.Under the selected experimental conditions,the standard recovery rate was 93.10%~101.96%.This method has the characteristics of high sensitivity,good linearity and high accuracy,which provides a strong basis for the determination of vanillin content and the formulation of standards by relevant departments of food quality inspection.
