基于“五位一体”的高校会计专业人才培养模式研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着社会对创新型会计人才需求的提升,在“双创”协同创新育人背景下,现有高校会计专业人才培养模式正面临着巨大的挑战,如何应对危机、跨越瓶颈,成为高等院校财会类专业教学改革的首要问题。将“政产学研用五位一体”培养体系引入到现有课程当中,不仅可以科学合理地开发课程并深化协作办学机制,还有助于提升人才培养质量,对于学生后续学习和就业具有积极的促动作用。本文以此为视角,分析了“五位一体”的涵义、特征及相关实践成果,阐述了目前会计专业人才培养模式现状,最后就高校会计专业教育教学融入“五位一体”理念的实施策略进行了深入的探究,以供参考。 With the improvement of social demand for innovative accounting talents and under the background of“Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation”collaborative innovation and education,the existing training mode of accounting professionals in colleges and universities is facing a huge challenge.How to deal with the crisis and overcome the bottleneck has become the primary problem in the teaching reform of accounting majors in colleges and universities.The introduction of the“Five-in-One”training system of“politics,industry,education,research and application”into the existing curriculum can not only scientifically and reasonably develop the curriculum and deepen the mechanism of cooperative education,but also help to improve the quality of talent training,which has a positive role in promoting the follow-up learning and employment of students.From this perspective,this paper analyzes the meaning,characteristics and relevant practical results of the“Five-in-One”,expounds the current situation of the training mode of accounting professionals,and finally probes into the implementation strategies of integrating the“Five-in One”concept into the education and teaching of accounting majors in colleges and universities for reference.
