摘要
为解决常规输灰系统存在的耗气量大、管道磨损严重、检修点多等技术问题,对300 MW机组先导栓塞式输灰系统技术特点进行了分析,提出了先导栓塞式输灰系统技术改造方案,并对比分析了改造前后输灰系统的用气量和能耗指标。研究得出:先导栓塞式输灰系统具有运行稳定、不堵管、磨损轻、输送效率高、无故障运行、用气少等优势,可有效解决常规输灰系统存在的技术问题。改造后,大大降低了系统的用气量和用电量,节能效果显著。与改造前相比,2台机组满负荷运行时,用气量较改造前减少了104.3 m3/min,年用电量较改造前减少了518.2万kWh,经济效益显著。
In order to solve the technical problems of conventional ash conveying system,such as large gas consumption,serious pipeline wear,and many maintenance points,it analyzes the technical characteristics of the pilot plug ash conveying system based on a 300 MW unit.It puts forward the technical transformation scheme of the pilot plug ash conveying system,and compares and analyzes the gas consumption and energy consumption indexes of the ash conveying system before and after the transformation.The research shows that the pilot plug ash conveying system has the advantages of stable operation,no pipe blockage,less wear,high conveying efficiency,trouble-free operation,less gas consumption and the like.It can effectively solve the technical problems existing in the conventional ash conveying system.After the renovation,the gas and electricity consumption of the system are greatly reduced and the energy saving effect is remarkable.Compared with before the transformation,when the two units are running at full load,the gas consumption is reduced by 104.3 m3/min,and the annual power consumption is reduced by 5.182 million degrees compared with before the transformation.
