摘要
大型汽轮发电机组运行中转子导电螺钉脱落、固定螺栓松动现象时有发生,转子风扇叶片运行中断裂现象极为罕见。通过对某电厂630 MW发电机转子风扇叶片断裂顺序及螺栓断裂原因进行多维度分析,得出了螺栓匹配不良、紧固工艺不规范的结论。从发电机转子风扇叶片断裂问题情况、原因分析到处理过程梳理,针对火力发电企业如何进一步做好大型发电机技术管理,从检修策划、过程控制、质量验收、运行调整等环节提出了建议,对于防范类似问题乃至发电机损坏事故发生,具有一定的指导借鉴意义。
During the operation of large turbine-generator,the phenomenon of rotor conductive screw falling off and fixing bolts loosening happens some time.The fracture phenomenon of rotor fan is extremely rare.Based on the multidimensional analysis of the rotor fans fractured sequence and the fracture causes of the rotor fans about 630 MW turbine-generator in some power plant,the conclusion is drawn that the bolts are poor matched and the tightening process is nonstandard.From the fracture of the rotor fans,the analysis of the causes to the carding of the treatment process,in view of how to further improve the technical management of large turbine-generator in thermal power plant,and how to put forward suggestions from the aspects of overhaul planning,process control,quality acceptance and operation adjustment.It has a certain guidance and reference for other companies preventing these kind of problems and even generator damage accidents.
