党的十八大以来,习近平围绕提高党的建设质量发表了一系列重要讲话,形成了习近平关于提高党的建设质量的重要论述。该重要论述的形成并非偶然,而是有着深刻的生成逻辑。具体来说,回应中国特色社会主义进入新时代是其生成的时代逻辑,承续马克思主义建党学说的重要原则是其生成的理论逻辑,对中国共产党自身建设历史经验的深刻总结是其生成的历史逻辑,破解管党治党难题的迫切需要是其生成的现实逻辑,习近平的独特贡献与党和人民集体智慧的交互作用是其生成的主体逻辑。其中,时代逻辑、理论逻辑、历史逻辑、现实逻辑等相互作用,决定了其生成的必要性、可能性;主体逻辑决定了其生成的现实性。习近平关于提高党的建设质量重要论述的生成逻辑,就存在于这种必要性、可能性与现实性的统一中。

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has delivered a series of important speeches about improving the quality of Party building,forming Xi Jinping’s important exposition on improving the quality of Party building.The formation of this important exposition is not accidental,but has a profound generating logic.Specifically,it consists of five aspects.The first is era logic,which responses to the inherent requirement of socialism with Chinese characteristics in a new era.The second is theoretical logic,which inherits and continues the theory of Party building of Marxism.The third is historical logic,which summarizes the historical experience of the CPC’s self-construction.The fourth is real logic,which cracks the puzzle of governing the Party.The last is subject logic,which takes on the interaction between Xi Jinping’s unique contribution and collective wisdom of the Party and the people.Among them,the interaction of time logic,theoretical logic,historical logic and realistic logic determine the necessity and possibility of its formation;the logic of subject determines the reality of its generation.The logic of Xi Jinping’s important exposition on improving the quality of Party building lies in the unity of necessity,possibility and reality.
