高职院校学业导师考评体系构建的思考

Thinking on the Construction of the Evaluation System of Academic Tutors in Higher Vocational Colleges

科学的考评体系是构建学业导师制长效机制的重要环节,是调动学业导师工作积极性、强化学业导师制实施效果的指挥棒。文章立足学业导师工作职责及考评内容,提出学业导师考评体系的设计思路,对考评工作的实施、结果分析和运用进行思考,以期为促进学业导师制取得实效、进一步提高人才培养质量提供借鉴与参考。

Scientific evaluation system is an important link in the construction of long-term mechanism of academic tutor system,which is the baton to mobilize the enthusiasm of academic tutor and strengthen the implementation effect of academic tutor system.Based on the job responsibilities and evaluation content of academic tutor,this paper puts forward the design idea of academic tutor evaluation system,and thinks about the implementation,result analysis and application of the evaluation work,so as to provide reference for promoting the effectiveness of academic tutor system and further improving the quality of talent training.
