中职烹饪教育“1+1+1”人才培养模式的实践探索

摘要 中职烹饪教育有效落实“1+1+1”人才培养模式,能够获得巨大的教学效益。文章简述“1+1+1”人才培养模式的内涵与优势,并从明确学校和酒店在校企合作中的职责,落实严格的管理制度、创建团结友爱的班级文化,深化校企合作、建立校企“双赢”的良性机制等方面,探讨中职烹饪教育“1+1+1”人才培养模式的实践策略。 The effective implementation of"1+1+1"talent training mode in secondary vocational cooking education can obtain great teaching benefits.This paper briefly describes the connotation and advantages of"1+1+1"talent training mode,and discusses the practical strategy of"1+1+1"talent training mode in secondary vocational culinary education from the following aspects:clarifying the responsibilities of schools and hotels in school enterprise cooperation,implementing strict management system,creating a class culture of unity and friendship,deepening school enterprise cooperation,and establishing a benign mechanism of school enterprise"win-win".
