高职烹饪中餐班推行“适合教育”的探索

摘要 在教学中,教师融入“适合教育”理念,选择适合的教学模式和教学方法,能够实现学生实践能力的培养和就业能力的提升。文章以江苏省扬旅游商贸学校中餐烹饪专业为例,对高职院校“适合教育”的推行现状进行探讨,指出教师要树立以人为本的教育理念,实现教学方法的创新。 In teaching,teachers integrate the concept of"suitable education"and choose the appropriate teaching mode and teaching method,which can realize the cultivation of students'practical ability and the promotion of employment ability.This paper takes Jiangsu Province Yang Tourism business school Chinese cuisine specialty as an example,discusses the current situation of"suitable education"in higher vocational colleges,and points out that teachers should establish the people-oriented education concept and realize the innovation of teaching methods.
