摘要
学生的学习能力、认识水平等均存在一定差异,数学学习需求也呈现出多样化的特点。教师在数学教学中灵活运用分层教学法,可以使数学教学有的放矢,满足不同学生的不同需求。而在具体数学教学中,教师应科学设定学生层次,合理设计教学目标,实现教学过程灵活分层,使不同学习水平的学生都能在自身基础上获得提高。
There are some differences in students'learning ability and cognitive level,and their mathematics learning needs are also diversified.The flexible use of hierarchical teaching method in mathematics teaching can make mathematics teaching targeted and meet the different needs of different students.In the specific mathematics teaching,teachers should set students'levels scientifically,design teaching objectives reasonably,and make teaching process flexible,so that students of different learning levels can improve on their own.
