Personalized Exercise Prescription Based on Muscle Oxygen Saturation Monitoring in Patients with Diabetes

摘要 目的探讨基于肌氧监测的个体化运动处方在2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法采用方便抽样法,选取2017年8月—2019年2月在华中科技大学同济医学院附属协和医院内分泌科住院的2型糖尿病患者124例为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=62)和观察组(n=62)。对照组给予常规出院健康教育及运动指导,观察组在此基础上给予基于肌氧监测的个体化运动处方干预。观察并比较两组患者干预前后血糖相关指标及有氧能力变化情况。结果干预6个月后,两组患者空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)较干预前均降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者有氧能力值均较干预前提高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论基于肌氧监测的个体化运动处方干预可有效控制糖尿病患者血糖水平,改善患者血糖相关指标及有氧能力,提高运动治疗的效果。 Objective To investigate the effect of personalized exercise prescription based on muscle oxygen saturation monitoring in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 124 patients with type 2 diabetes hospitalized in the Department of Endocrinology,Union Hospital affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology from August 2017 to February 2019 were selected by convenience sampling and randomly divided into the control group(n=62)and the observation group(n=62).The patients in the control group were given routine health education and exercise guidance after the discharge,while the patients in the observation group,on this basis,were given personalized exercise prescriptions based on muscle oxygen saturation monitoring.The changes of the indicators related to blood glucose and aerobic capacity before and after the intervention were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After 6 months of intervention,fasting plasma glucose(FPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),triglyceride(TG)and total cholesterol(TC)in the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and such indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the aerobic capacity in the two groups was higher than that before the intervention,and the aerobic capacity in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion Personalized exercise prescription based on muscle oxygen saturation monitoring can effectively control the blood glucose level,improve the indicators related to blood glucose and aerobic capacity of patients with diabetes,and improve the effect of exercise therapy.
