摘要
通过舆情监测系统“舆情秘书”了解疫情期间高校在线教学的网络舆情信息与形势,集中分析影响力最大、最受关注的8个在线教学主题舆情事件,使用网页数据采集器获取事件评论大数据,借助ROSTCM进行社会网络和语义网络分析以及情感分析。研究发现在“教育部致大学生的一封信”舆情事件后,网民对在线教学认同度高,对如何“教”与“学”高度关注,对高校复学后在线教学如何进入新常态观点不一而足。对新媒体平台在线教学的评论文本分析为高校教育教学领域提供社情民意和政策制定参考,也为学校、教师和学生三大主体开展教育教学改革与实践提供依据。
Eight most influential and most concerned public opinion events of online teaching were singled out after public opinion detection with"public opinion secretary"to understand the online public opinion information and situation of tertiary online teachingduring the novel coronavirus pandemic.Event reviews on these eight events were gathered with Octoparse,a web data collector,for social network analysis,semantic network analysis and sentiment analysis with ROSTCM.It was found that"A letter from MOE to University Students"provoked in netizens a high degree of recognition for online teaching,who watched out for how to"teach"and"learn",but views differed on how online teaching will develop into new norms as students return to campus.The text mining analysis of online teaching reviews from new media displayed public opinions for reference to policy makers in the field of tertiary education and teaching,and built a foundation for universities,teachers and students to carry out education and teaching reform and future practice.
