摘要
MOOC作为目前影响力最大的在线教育平台,拥有庞大的注册学习者数量,但存在高注册率而高退出率、低保持率的问题。为研究影响学习者粘性的因素,遴选七个维度,以呼伦贝尔学院开设的慕课《军事理论》为例进行调研分析,通过结构方程模型优化修改模型、验证假设,总结MOOC学习者粘性主要影响因素。
As the most influential online education platform at present,MOOC has a large number of registered learners.However,there are problems such as high registration rate,high dropout rate and low retention rate.In order to research the factors affecting learners'stickiness,seven dimensions were selected.The course of military theory in Hulunbuir University was taken as an example for investigation and analysis.The mode was optimized and modified by structural equation model to verify the hypothesis,and the main influencing factors of learners'stickiness in MOOC were summarized.
