复方谷氨酰胺联合布拉酵母菌治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征患者的疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of compound glutamine combined with saccharomyces boulardiitherapy in patients with diarrhoeal irritable bowel syndrome

目的:探究联合应用复方谷氨酰胺和布拉酵母菌对腹泻型肠易激综合征患者的疗效及相关血清炎性反应因子表达的影响。方法:收集我院诊治的腹泻型肠易激综合征患者84例,将其随机分成对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组患者口服复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用布拉酵母菌。4周后对比两组患者治疗疗效,治疗前后临床症状评分和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-18(IL-18)表达。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者临床症状评分和IL-6、IL-18水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组患者临床症状评分和IL-6、IL-18水平均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者临床症状评分和IL-6、IL-18水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合应用复方谷氨酰胺和布拉酵母菌治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征患者,不但临床疗效显著,而且显著减轻炎性反应,具有重要的临床应用价值。

Objective To observe the therapeutic action and the expression of inflammatory factors of compound glutamine combined with saccharomyces boulardii therapy in patients with diarrhoeal irritable bowel syndrome.Method 84 patients with diarrhoeal irritable bowel syndrome in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups:the control group(42 patients)and the observation group(42 patients).The control group was treated with compound glutamine,and the observation group was treated with compound glutamine combined with saccharomyces boulardii.After 4 weeks of treatment,the therapeutic effects and the expression levels of IL-6 and IL-18 were observed.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).There was no significont difference in clinical symptom score and IL-6、IL-18 levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the clinical symptom score and the expression levels of IL-6 and IL-18 were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the clinical symptom score and the expression levels of IL-6 and IL-18 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of compound glutamine and saccharomyces boulardii therapy for the treatment of diarrhoeal irritable bowel syndrome is not only clinically effective,but also can significantly reduce the inflammatory response,and it has an important clinical application value.
