摘要
在核电厂或核设施建造运行过程中,按规定需要对周围环境进行调查。厂址周围环境数据采集系统利用在线地图来自动查询加油站、学校、政府机构等调查内容,得到各目标或兴趣点的经纬度、计算其距厂址中心距离、方位,并在行政区划图上标记生成示意图。由于在线地图查询到的经纬度坐标系统不同,本系统对不同经纬度坐标进行偏移,将其坐标转换为WGS-84坐标系下坐标表示形式并计算距离偏移误差,使得误差均小于10m。使用本系统可大幅度减轻核设施环境数据调查人员的工作量,加快数据收集及数据处理速度。
During the construction and operation of nuclear power plants or nuclear facilities,it is necessary to investigate environmental data around the plant site according to regulations.The environmental data inquiry system uses the online map to automatically query the survey content,such as gas stations,schools,governmental agencies,etc.The system is also applied to get the longitude and latitude of each targets or interest points,to calculate the distance and orientation from the center of the plant site and to generate the schematic diagram by marking the longitude and latitudeon the administrative zoning map.In spite of the diversity of longitude and latitude coordinate systems,this system offsets the coordinates of different latitudes and longitudes and calculates the distance offset error by converting the longitude and latitude to the coordinate representation in the WGS-84 coordinate system.The error is less than 10m.The application of this system can greatly reduce the workload of environmental data investigators in nuclear facilities and speed up data collection and data processing.
