烟叶醇化库无线远程除湿系统的设计及分析

摘要 为解决烟叶醇化库除湿系统缺乏设备状态的检测及反馈控制,有线系统存在磷化氢熏蒸杀虫严重腐蚀电线、布线复杂等问题,设计了一种烟叶醇化库无线远程除湿系统,该系统主要由移动除湿机、无线数据发送及接收终端、上位机及应用程序等构成,管理系统采用B/S架构。为了分析干球温度、相对湿度对除湿系统的影响,建立了系统理论循环热力计算模型,得出干球温度为25℃时,系统性能系数随相对湿度的减小陡然下降,相对湿度由85%变为55%时,系统性能系数减小25.04%;相对湿度为60%时,系统性能系数随干球温度的增加缓慢下降,干球温度由10℃变为40℃,系统性能系数减小5.35%。 In order to solve the problem that the dehumidification system of tobacco mellow storehouse lacks the detection and feedback control of equipment status,the wired system has the problems of phosphine fumigation,serious corrosion of wires,complex wiring and so on.A wireless remote dehumidification system of tobacco mellow storehouse is designed.The system is mainly composed of mobile dehumidifier,wireless data sending and receiving terminal,upper computer and application program.The management system adopts B/S architecture.In order to analyze the influence of dry bulb temperature and relative humidity on the dehumidification system,the theoretical cycle thermodynamic calculation model of the system is established.When the dry bulb temperature is 25℃,the performance coefficient of the dehumidification system decreases sharply with the decrease of relative humidity.When the relative humidity changes from 85%to 55%,cop decreases by 25.04%;when the relative humidity is 60%,the performance coefficient of the dehumidification system decreases with the change of the dry bulb temperature The dry bulb temperature changed from 10℃to 40℃,cop decreased by 5.35%.
