增强除尘器除尘效果的方法研究和应用

大兴煤矿是高瓦斯、高突出矿井,掘进工作面是煤矿生产第一线,产生的有害气体多,产生的矿井粉尘也多,而此处的作业人员较多,作业人员长期吸入粉尘,会引起呼吸道疾病,甚至会引起尘肺病,严重地危害着作业人员的健康。另外,粉尘在一定条件下会燃烧或爆炸,给国家财产和井下作业人员生命安全带来严重的威胁。因此,在采用KCS-550D(A)型湿式除尘器进行除尘时,对其除尘效果进行了长期的研究和实践,此湿式除尘器除尘效果不太理想,只是除尘器前部除尘效果好,空气清新,视线清晰,除尘器后部的除尘效果就差很多。由于不断地改进和提高除尘措施,现在,湿式除尘器的除尘效果良好,为井下作业人员提供了优良的空气,创造了良好的工作环境。
