With the increase of the number and types of machined parts in enterprises,the performance and operation efficiency of machining equipment have been greatly tested.Equipment management is the basic guarantee of the daily operation and production of the enterprise,which is directly related to the production efficiency of the enterprise.Through scientific and reasonable management means,the whole life cycle management of equipment from purchasing to scrapping can not only improve the operation efficiency of the equipment,but also reduce the operating cost of the enterprise.This paper first expounds the problems existing in the management of mechanical manufacturing and processing equipment in enterprises,and then puts forward some optimization measures for the management of mechanical manufacturing and processing equipment,in order to provide reference for improving the level of equipment management and production efficiency of enterprises.
