摘要
作为现代学徒制的育人主体之一,企业师傅带徒效果对于职业院校人才培养质量具有重要意义。从全局角度看,影响企业师傅带徒效果的制约因素主要有五个层面:即学徒、企业师傅、企业、职业院校和政府。相应地,应通过加强企业师傅教育角色学习、重构师徒关系、创新企业师傅培训模式、激励企业积极参与、加强政府政策主导等策略以提高师傅的带徒效果。
As one of the main educators in modern apprenticeship,the mentoring effectiveness of enterprise mentors has significant impact on the talent training quality in vocational colleges.From a holistic perspective,there are constraints that affect the effectiveness of mentoring in enterprises at five different levels:the apprentice level,the enterprise mentor level,the enterprise level,the vocational college level and the government level.Therefore,in order to increase the effectiveness of mentoring,it is important to(1)strengthen the role learning in enterprise mentor training,(2)reconstruct the mentorship between mentor and apprentice,(3)innovate the training methods of enterprise mentor,(4)incentivize enterprises to participate proactively and(5)enhance the leading role of government policy.
