多元化生源背景下高职“双导师协同育人”机制研究 被引量:16

摘要 2019年高职扩招100万人,社会生源被纳入培养范畴。多元化社会生源所具有的丰富的社会经验和实践智慧给高职院校人才培养模式和教学组织带来颠覆性变化。整合校企双方优势资源、协同学校与企业导师校内外全过程、全方位的"双导师协同育人"机制以稳固校企合作关系、建立理论与实践互补相长的专兼职师资队伍、满足职业化培养需求和契合弹性培养方式的优势成为多元化社会生源培养的有效途径。多元化生源"双导师协同育人"机制将校企协同育人平台、协同育人制度、"双导师"协同育人体系和协同考核方式一体化连接,以校企"双导师"制度化沟通的方式较好地实现了多元化社会生源的个性化、差异化及职业化的培养需求。 In 2019,the number of Chinese vocational college student increase by one million,and social students were included into the training category.The rich social experience and phronesis of diverse social students have brought subversive changes to the talent training model and teaching organization of higher vocational colleges.Upon research,it was found that the effective methods of cultivating diverse social students include:(1)integrating the advantageous resources of both schools and enterprises,(2)supporting the entire cooperation process of school and corporate tutors inside and outside the school,(3)applying a comprehensive"dual-tutor co-education"mechanism to ensure stable school-enterprise cooperation,(4)establishing a full-time and part-time faculty team with complementary theory and practice,and(5)meeting the needs of professional training and flexible training methods.Uniquely,the"dual-tutor co-education"mechanism for diverse social student body integrates the school-enterprise collaborative education platform,the collaborative education system,the"dual-tutor"collaborative education system and the collaborative assessment method.By utilizing the systematized communication of the"dual-tutor"system between schools and enterprises,the personalized,differentiated and professional training needs of diverse social students can be better achieved.
