Writing on Constantly Developing the Political Economy of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics

发展中国特色社会主义政治经济学,需要在方法论上坚持“问题导向”而不是“体系导向”。中国特色社会主义政治经济学是马克思主义经济学中国化的产物,是中国社会主义经济建设实践经验的总结提炼,同时还体现了其具有的民族性、开放性和人民性。以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局理论是中国特色社会主义政治经济学的最新理论创新成果,这一理论的提出有其必然的历史逻辑、理论逻辑和实践逻辑。对待马克思主义经典,不能采取教条主义、实用主义和折中主义的态度,而应该在阅读马克思主义经典“原文”“原话”“原著”本身上下功夫、学本领。在对待理论与实践的关系这一指导思想上,必须旗帜鲜明地坚持马克思主义政治经济学对中国特色社会主义经济建设的指导地位。

To develop the political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics,we need to adhere to"problem-oriented"rather than"system-oriented"in methodology.The socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics is the product of the Sinicization of Marxist economics,the summary and refinement of the practical experience of China's socialist economic construction,and also reflects its nationality,openness and people's character.The theory of new development pattern,with the domestic major circulation as the main body and the domestic and international double circulation promoting each other,is the latest theoretical innovation achievement of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics,which has its inevitable historical logic,theoretical logic and practical logic.In dealing with Marxist classics,we should not adopt dogmatism,pragmatism and eclecticism.Instead,we should devote ourselves to reading the"original text","original word"and"original works"of Marxist classics.In treating the relationship between theory and practice as the guiding ideology,we must insist on the guiding position of Marxist political economy for the construction of socialist economy with Chinese characteristics.
