摘要
厘清数字经济产业从业人员分类是制定数字经济产业政策、对不同数字经济部门进行差异化管理、开展相关产业人才培养的基础和关键。基于数字经济不同组成部分技术层次与行业类型的差异,构建T-I框架,研究该框架下不同层次、不同行业发展与从业人员状况,提出加快数字产业化人才培养、提升全民“数字化”素养的建议。
Clarifying the classification of employees in the digital economy industry is the basis and key to formulating digital economy industrial policies,conducting differentiated management of different digital economy sectors,and developing talent training in related industries.Based on the differences in the technical levels and industry types of different components of the digital economy,this paper constructs a T-I framework,studies the development of different levels,different industries and the status of employees under the framework,and puts forward suggestions for the talent training and digital capacity building in Chinese digital economy industry.
