摘要
目的分析糖尿病患者骨科手术70例临床治疗效果。方法在该院2018年6月—2019年6月进行骨科手术的70例糖尿病患者作为临床研究资料,并对其随机均分为两组,分别为观察组和对照组,各35例。对照组患者术后采用常规处理措施,并进行短期的随访。观察组患者均实施术前、术中、术后血糖控制治疗,综合性分析影响糖尿病患者骨科手术效果的相关风险因素,统计全部患者相关指标,包括内固定松动情况、平均血糖以及愈合率等。结果术后检测观察组患者空腹血糖,平均血糖为(6.2±2.6)mmol/L,伤口愈合率97.14%,内固定松动情况为2.86%,显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论控制血糖对糖尿病患者实施骨科手术治疗有着十分显著的作用,平稳的血糖水平为衡量骨科手术可行性的关键指标,利于保障骨科手术治疗过程的安全性。
Objective To analyze the clinical treatment effect of 70 cases of orthopedic surgery in diabetic patients.Methods 70 diabetic patients undergoing orthopedic surgery in the hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were used as clinical research data,and they were randomly divided into two groups,35 cases in the observation group and 35 cases in the control group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine measures after operation and were followed up for a short period of time.Patients in the observation group were treated with preoperative,intraoperative,and postoperative blood glucose control treatment,comprehensive analysis of risk factors affecting the effect of orthopedic surgery in diabetic patients,and statistics of all patients’related indicators,including internal fixation loosening,average blood glucose,and healing rate.Results The fasting blood glucose of the observation group was detected after operation.The average blood glucose was(6.2±2.6)mmol/L,the wound healing rate was 97.14%,and the internal fixation loosening was 2.86%,which was significantly better than that of the control group was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Controlling blood glucose has a very significant effect on the implementation of orthopedic surgery for diabetic patients.Stable blood sugar level is a key indicator for measuring the feasibility of orthopedic surgery and helps to ensure the safety of orthopedic surgery.
