补肾健骨方剂联合西药治疗老年糖尿病骨质疏松临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Tonifying Kidney and Strengthening Bone Prescription Combined with Western Medicine in Treating Senile Diabetic Osteoporosis

目的探讨补肾健骨方剂联合西药治疗老年糖尿病骨质疏松的临床效果。方法于2017年2月—2019年4月选择84例老年糖尿病骨质疏松患者,随机分为对照组及研究组,每组42例,对照组采用阿仑磷酸钠、维生素D及钙剂治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予补肾健骨方剂治疗,疗程3个月,比较两组患者临床治疗效果、治疗前后骨密度变化及治疗前后空腹血糖、餐后血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平。结果研究组临床有效率为92.9%,对照组临床有效率为73.8%,研究组临床有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前股骨粗隆及股骨颈骨密度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者股骨粗隆及股骨颈骨密度均较治疗前改善(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组股骨粗隆及股骨颈骨密度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前后空腹血糖、餐后血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论补肾健骨方剂联合西药能够改善老年糖尿病骨质疏松患者骨密度,提高临床疗效,对血糖无明显影响,具有较好的临床效果。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Bushen Jiangu prescription combined with western medicine in the treatment of senile diabetic osteoporosis.Methods Eighty-four elderly patients with diabetic osteoporosis from February 2017 to April 2019 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a study group,each with 42 cases.The control group was treated with alendronate sodium,vitamin D and calcium,and the study group was given kidney-tonifying on the basis of the control group.The treatment with Jiangu prescription lasted three months.The clinical treatment effects,changes in bone mineral density before and after treatment,fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effective rate of the study group was 92.9%,the clinical effective rate of the control group was 73.8%,the clinical effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of femoral tuberosity and femoral neck bone mineral density before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the femoral tuberosity and femoral neck bone mineral density of the two groups were improved compared to before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the bone mineral density of the femoral trochanter and femoral neck of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels before and after treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Bushen Jiangu prescription combined with western medicine can improve the bone mineral density in the treatment of elderly diabetic osteoporosis patients,improve the clinical efficacy,and has no significant effect on blood glucose,and has a good clinical effect.
