高龄白内障合并糖尿病患者围手术期细节护理研究

Study on Detailed Nursing Care of Elderly Patients with Cataract and Diabetes During Perioperative Period

目的分析高龄白内障合并糖尿病患者围手术期细节护理的应用效果。方法选取2018年4月—2019年10月期间福建中医药大学附属人民医院收治124例高龄白内障合并糖尿病患者,随机均分为观察组与对照组。对照组采取常规护理,观察组则采取细节护理。观察两组患者护理后焦虑抑郁情绪以及术后排气排便时间和住院时间的差异。结果观察组护理后SAS评分、SDS评分、术后排气排便时间和住院时间以及血糖水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论细节护理在高龄白内障合并糖尿病患者中的应用有助于改善患者的负面情绪,从而改善患者的预后情况。

Objective To analyze the application effect of detailed perioperative care in elderly patients with cataract and diabetes.Methods From April 2018 to October 2019,124 elderly patients with cataract and diabetes were admitted to the People's Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group took regular care,and the observation group took detailed care.The differences in anxiety and depression after nursing,postoperative exhaust and defecation time and hospital stay were observed between the two groups of patients.Results The SAS score,SDS score,postoperative air and defecation time,hospitalization time and blood glucose level after nursing in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of detailed nursing in elderly patients with cataract and diabetes can help improve the negative emotions of the patients,thereby improving the prognosis of the patients.
