摘要
目的探讨妊娠糖尿病(GDM)孕妇行个性化饮食指导+自我效能干预对健康促进生活方式量表(HPLP)的效果分析。方法该文以“抛硬币方法”将2018年5月—2019年12月该院收治的100例GDM孕妇划分为两组,对照组行一般护理方法,研究组行个性化饮食指导+自我效能干预方法。比较两组妊娠糖尿病孕妇的血糖水平、HPLP评分、临床护理满意度。结果研究组的护理后空腹血糖指标、餐后2 h血糖指标均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的护理后各项HPLP评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的护理后临床护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论行个性化饮食指导+自我效能干预可以取得显著的GDM孕妇HPLP效果,可以有效改善孕妇的血糖指标,提高其临床护理满意度,改善预后。
Objective To explore the effect of personalized diet guidance+self-efficacy intervention on the Health Promotional Lifestyle Scale(HPLP)for pregnant women with gestational diabetes(GDM).Methods In this paper,100 pregnant women with GDM admitted in the hospital from May 2018 to December 2019 were divided into 2 groups by the"coin tossing method".Control group was studied for general nursing methods,and research group was studied for personalized diet guidance+self-efficacy intervention methods.The blood glucose level,HPLP score and clinical care satisfaction of the two groups of pregnant women with gestational diabetes were compared.Results The fasting blood glucose indexes after nursing and the 2 h blood glucose indexes after the nursing meal in the research group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the HPLP scores of the research group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction of clinical care after nursing in research group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized dietary guidance+self-efficacy intervention can achieve significant HPLP effects in GDM pregnant women and can effectively improve pregnant women's blood glucose Indicators to improve their clinical nursing satisfaction and improve prognosis.
