微创手术治疗大隐静脉曲张的应用及临床有效性分析

Application and Clinical Effectiveness Analysis of Minimally Invasive Surgery in the Treatment of Varicose Veins

目的分析微创手术治疗大隐静脉曲张的应用及临床有效性。方法选取2018年1月—2019年1月该院收治的110例大隐静脉曲张患者作为观察对象,利用数字分配法将患者随机分为两组,每组55例,观察组患者实施腔内激光微创治疗,对照组患者实施传统手术治疗,对比观察两组患者治疗效果、临床指标、疼痛评分、1年后复发率及并发症发生率及生活质量评分。结果观察组患者生活质量评分、治疗有效率与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率1例(1.82%)与对照组10例(18.18%)相比,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=8.182,P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组1年后复发率、疼痛评分更低(P<0.05)。观察组患者术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间与对照组相比,观察组临床指标优势显著(P<0.05)。结论应用微创手术治疗大隐静脉曲张效果显著,有效减少并发症的发生率,降低疼痛,值得在治疗大隐静脉曲张中应用。

Objective To analyze the application and clinical effectiveness of minimally invasive surgery for the treatment of varicose veins.Methods 110 patients with varicose veins admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as observation objects.The patients will be randomly divided into two groups by number allocation method,55 cases in each group,and the observation group will be implemented intracavitary laser minimally invasive treatment,patients in the control group were treated with traditional surgery,and the treatment effects,clinical indicators,pain scores,recurrence rate and complication rate after 1 year and quality of life scores were compared and observed between the two groups.Results The quality of life score and effective rate of treatment in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 1 case(1.82%)compared with 10 cases(18.18%)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=8.182,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower recurrence rate and pain score after 1 year(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group has significant advantages in clinical indicators in terms of intraoperative blood loss,operation time,and hospital stay.(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of minimally invasive surgery to treat varicose saphenous veins is effective,effectively reducing the incidence of complications,and reducing pain.It is worthy of application in the treatment of varicose veins.
