常规康复治疗联合MOTOmed训练系统对脑梗死偏瘫患者下肢运动功能的影响

Effect of Conventional Rehabilitation Therapy Combined with MOTOmed Training System on Lower Limb Motor Function of Patients with Cerebral Infarction and Hemiplegia

目的研究对脑梗死偏瘫患者开展常规康复治疗联合MOTOmed训练系统的效果。方法选择该院于2017年3月—2019年12月收治的100例脑梗死偏瘫患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组接受常规康复治疗,观察组另外联合应用MOTOmed训练系统开展康复训练,比较两组效果。结果观察组康复治疗后上肢、下肢运动功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组康复治疗2个月后6MWT长于对照组(P<0.05);观察组康复治疗2个月后生活自理能力评分为(78.95±10.37)分,高于对照组(70.15±8.14)分(t=4.720,P<0.05)。结论脑梗死偏瘫患者的康复中在常规康复治疗基础上联合应用MOTOmed训练系统能够更明显提升患者下肢运动功能,提升患者生活自理能力。

Objective To study the effect of conventional rehabilitation therapy combined with MOTOmed training system on patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia.Methods 100 patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia admitted to the hospital from March 2017 to December 2019 were selected as research subjects,and they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received conventional rehabilitation treatment,and the observation group was combined with the MOTOmed training system for rehabilitation training.The effects of the two groups were compared.Results The motor function scores of the upper and lower limbs of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after rehabilitation(P<0.05);the 6MWT of the observation group after 2 months of rehabilitation was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05);the observation group after 2 months of rehabilitation self-care ability score was(78.95±10.37)points,which was higher than the control group(70.15±8.14)points(t=4.720,P<0.05).Conclusion In the rehabilitation of patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia,the combined application of the MOTOmed training system on the basis of conventional rehabilitation can significantly improve the motor function of the patients'lower limbs and improve the patients'ability to take care of themselves in life.
