摘要
目的探究纳米碳技术在分化型甲状腺癌手术中的应用。方法抽取2018年1月—2019年6月该院确诊的分化型甲状腺癌患者60例为研究对象,通过数字随机表法将患者分为对照组(n=30)和研究组(n=30)进行手术治疗,研究组术中应用纳米碳淋巴示踪、甲状腺旁负显影技术,对照组行常规手术,比较两组手术情况、淋巴结清扫及淋巴结转移情况,术后血清钙及甲状旁腺激素水平情况,甲状旁腺误切及低钙血症发生情况。结果对照组与研究组手术时间(129.14±10.22)min vs(124.51±9.75)min及术中出血量(15.22±5.78)mL vs(17.46±3.95)mL比较差异无统计学意义(t=1.885、-1.753,P>0.05),研究组与对照组淋巴结清扫数(10.5±2.4)vs(7.6±1.1)个、转移淋巴结清扫数(4.9±1.2)vs(4.2±1.1)个、术后5 d血清钙(2.12±0.21)mmol/L vs(2.01±0.13)mmol/L,甲状旁腺激素(PTH)水平(22.71±0.86)pg/mL vs(20.18±1.04)pg/mL,甲状旁腺误切率(3.33%)及术后低钙血症状发生率(3.33%)低于对照组(23.33%、20.00%),差异有统计学意义(t=6.016、2.456、2.439、10.261,χ^2=5.192、4.251,P<0.05)。结论分化型甲状腺癌术中应用纳米碳技术,有助于提高淋巴结清扫率,有效识别保护甲状旁腺。
Objective To explore the application of carbon nanotechnology in the operation of differentiated thyroid cancer.Methods A total of 60 patients with differentiated thyroid cancer diagnosed in the hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into a control group(n=30)and a study group(n=30)through a number random table method.Surgery was performed.The study group applied nano-carbon lymphatic tracing and parathyroid negative imaging technology during the operation,and the control group underwent conventional surgery.The two groups were compared with surgery,lymph node dissection and lymph node metastasis,postoperative serum calcium and parathyroid hormone levels,missection of parathyroid glands and occurrence of hypocalcemia.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the control group and the study group in operation time(129.14±10.22)min vs(124.51±9.75)min,and intraoperative blood loss(15.22±5.78)mL vs(17.46±3.95)mL(t=1.885,-1.753,P>0.05),the number of lymph node dissections in the study group and control group(10.5±2.4)vs(7.6±1.1),metastatic lymph node dissection(4.9±1.2)vs(4.2±1.1),postoperative Serum calcium(2.12±0.21)mmol/L vs(2.01±0.13)mmol/L,parathyroid hormone(PTH)level(22.71±0.86)pg/mL vs(20.18±1.04)pg/mL,parathyroid error cut rate(3.33%)and the incidence of postoperative hypocalcemia symptoms(3.33%)were lower than those of the control group 23.33%and 20.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.016,2.456,2.439,10.261,χ^2=5.192,4.251,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nano-carbon technology in the operation of differentiated thyroid cancer can help improve the lymph node dissection rate,effectively identify and protect the parathyroid glands.
