孟鲁司特钠联合普米克气雾剂治疗小儿哮喘的治疗临床效果刍议

Discussion on the Clinical Effect of Montelukast Sodium Combined with Pulmicort Aerosol in the Treatment of Children with Asthma

目的探讨孟鲁司特钠联合普米克气雾剂治疗小儿哮喘临床治疗效果。方法选取2018年2月—2019年6月收治的180例小儿哮喘患儿作为研究对象,采用随机分组法进行分组,常规组90例,实施普米克气雾剂治疗;观察组90例,采用孟鲁司特钠联合普米克气雾剂治疗;对比两组患儿症状改善情况、肺功能改善情况以及治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患儿的日间症状评分以及夜间症状评分均有所降低,观察组日间症状评分(0.75±0.22)分以及夜间症状评分(0.67±0.21)分低于常规组(1.06±0.31)分、(1.18±0.52)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患儿的肺功能指标均有所改善,常规组FVC、FEV1/FVC分别为(1.14±0.41)L、(62.28±4.61)%,低于观察组的(1.35±0.32)L、(71.63±6.25)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);常规组、观察组患者治疗总有效率为81.11%、97.78%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=13.240,P<0.05)。结论小儿哮喘患儿孟鲁司特钠以及普米克气雾剂联合治疗的方式,能够使患儿的临床症状得到减轻,同时改善患者肺功能,疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of montelukast sodium combined with Pulmicort aerosol in the treatment of children with asthma.Methods A total of 180 children with asthma who were admitted from February 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into groups by randomization.90 cases in the routine group were treated with Pulmicort aerosol treatment;90 cases in the observation group were treated with Montelukast Sodium combined with Pulmicort aerosol treatment;the improvement of symptoms,lung function and treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the daytime symptom scores and nighttime symptom scores of the two groups were reduced.The observation group's daytime symptom score(0.75±0.22)points and nighttime symptom score(0.67±0.21)points were lower than those of the routine group(1.06±0.31)points,(1.18±0.52)points,there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05);after treatment,the pulmonary function indexes of the two groups were improved.The conventional group FVC,FEV1/FVC(1.14±0.41)L,(62.28±4.61)%,lower than the observation group(1.35±0.32)L,(71.63±6.25)%,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the routine group and observation group was 81.11%,97.78%,with statistically significant difference(χ^2=13.240,P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of montelukast sodium and pulmicort aerosol in children with asthma can reduce the clinical symptoms of the children and improve the lung function of the patients.The effect is significant.
