乙酰半胱氨酸雾化联合盐酸氨溴索输注治疗新生儿感染性肺炎疗效分析

Analysis of the Efficacy of Acetylcysteine Nebulization Combined with Ambroxol Hydrochloride Infusion in the Treatment of Neonatal Infectious Pneumonia

目的讨论乙酰半胱氨酸溶液雾化联合盐酸氨溴索输注治疗新生儿感染性肺炎的效果。方法选择该院2018年1月—2019年12月收治98例新生儿感染性肺炎患儿,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各49例,对照组患儿接受盐酸氨溴索输注治疗,研究组患儿接受吸入用乙酰半胱氨酸雾化联合盐酸氨溴索输注治疗,对比两组的临床疗效、症状消失时间。结果经治疗,研究组的治疗总有效率为97.96%,显著高于对照组的81.63%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.127,P<0.05)。研究组咳嗽、咯痰、气促、肺部啰音消失时间与住院时间短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乙酰半胱氨酸雾化联合盐酸氨溴索输注治疗新生儿感染性肺炎效果确切,且安全可靠,值得应用推广。

Objective To discuss the effect of acetylcysteine solution atomization combined with ambroxol hydrochloride infusion in the treatment of neonatal infectious pneumonia.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,98 chilcren with neonatal infectious pneumonia were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a study group,each with 49 cases.The control group received ambroxol hydrochloride infusion treatment;patients in the study group received inhalation acetylcysteine nebulization combined with ambroxol hydrochloride infusion treatment,and the clinical efficacy and the time to disappearance of symptoms of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment in the study group was 97.96%,which was significantly higher than 81.63%in the control group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^2=7.127,P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough,expectoration,shortness of breath,lung rales and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acetylcysteine nebulization combined with ambroxol hydrochloride infusion is effective in the treatment of neonatal infectious pneumonia,and it is safe and reliable.It is worthy of application and promotion.
