研究早卵泡期补肾活血并举促卵泡发育的临床效果

Study on the Clinical Effect of Invigorating the Kidney and Promoting Blood Circulation in the Early Follicular Phase and Promoting Follicular Development

目的探讨早卵泡期补肾活血并举促卵泡发育的可行性和有效性。方法选取2018年10月—2019年10月该院就诊的月经不调患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。观察组服自拟补肾活血汤,对照组服自拟参归化瘀汤,两组经净后口服调经方,排卵后服逍遥丸和桂附地黄丸至下次月经来潮停药。比较两组2个月经周期卵泡发育情况。结果第1个周期月经的第7天、第10天两组卵泡大小差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),第12天、第13天、第14天两组卵泡大小差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。第2个周期观察组卵泡大小分别为(7.7±0.53)、(12.6±0.65)、(15.6±0.73)、(17.5±0.44)、(19.5±1.06)mm,和对照组卵泡大小比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.653、3.920、2.089、4.092、1.176,P<0.05)。同时发现观察组连续进行早卵泡期补肾活血的中医周期治疗,在第2周期获得的卵泡较第1周期明显增大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早卵泡期补肾活血并举促卵泡发育的治疗是可行、有效的,建立在中医周期疗法基础上的早卵泡期补肾活血的治疗对全周期卵泡发育有明显的促进作用。

Objective To investigate the feasibility and effectiveness of promoting the development of follicles in the early follicular phase.Methods A total of 80 patients with irregular menstruation in the hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each.Observation group took self-prepared Bushen Huoxue Decoction,the control group took self-prepared Shengui Huayu Decoction,the two groups took the Tiaojing Recipe after Jingjing,and took Xiaoyao Pill and Guifu Dihuang Pill after ovulation until the next menstrual cramps were stopped.The follicle development of the two menstrual cycles were compared between the two groups.Results There was no difference in follicular size between the two groups on the 7th and 10th day of the first menstrual cycle(P>0.05),and the follicular size between the two groups on the 12th,13d,and 14d,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The follicle sizes of the observation group in the second cycle were(7.7±0.53)mm,(12.6±0.65)mm,(15.6±0.73)mm,(17.5±0.44)mm,(19.5±1.06)mm,and the difference in follicle size compared with the control group was statistically significant(t=2.653,3.920,2.089,4.092,1.176,P<0.05).At the same time,it was found that the observation group was continuously treated in the early follicular phase to nourish the kidney and promote blood circulation.The follicles obtained in the second cycle were significantly larger than those in the first cycle,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of invigorating the kidney and activating blood circulation in the early follicular phase and promoting follicular development is feasible and effective;the treatment of invigorating the kidney and activating blood circulation in the early follicular phase based on the traditional Chinese medicine cycle therapy has a significant effect on the full cycle of follicular development.
