摘要
目的探究集束化护理在肿瘤患者经外周中心静脉置管(PICC)后并发症和凝血情况的影响。方法择取2019年1—11月期间该院收治的120例肿瘤PICC患者为对象。随机均分为常规护理对照组和集束化护理观察组,对比分析两组患者在进行了外周中心静脉置管周后的并发症的发生情况与凝血指标变化情况。结果观察组并发症总发生率(6.67%)明显低于对照组(23.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.536,P<0.05);观察组凝血指标APTT(28.57±1.47)s、PT(10.24±0.36)s、TT(10.51±0.33)s、BPC(153±13)10-9/L、Fbg(2.46±0.39)mg/dL相较于对照组的(24.04±1.66)s、(9.88±0.34)s、(9.97±0.31)s、(211±16)10-9/L、(4.88±0.55)mg/dL也均呈现显著优越性,差异有统计学意义(t=23.842、7.826、12.558、34.565、48.401,P<0.05)。结论采用集束化护理干预可有效降低肿瘤患者经PICC后的并发症发生率,稳定患者的凝血指标。
Objective To explore the impact of clustered nursing care on the complications and coagulation of tumor patients after peripheral central venous catheterization(PICC).Methods A total of 120 PICC patients with tumors admitted to the hospital from January to November 2019 were selected as subjects.Randomly divided into routine nursing control group and clustered nursing observation group.The two groups of patients were compared and analyzed the occurrence of complications and the changes of coagulation indexes after peripheral central venous catheterization.Results The total incidence of complications in the observation group(6.67%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(23.33%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.536,P<0.05);In the observation group,APTT(28.57±1.47)s,PT(10.24±0.36)s,TT(10.51±0.33)s,BPC(153±13)10-9/L,Fbg(2.46±0.39)mg/dL were compared to the control group(24.04±1.66)s,(9.88±0.34)s,(9.97±0.31)s,(211±16)10-9/L,(4.88±0.55)mg/dL and showed significant advantages,the difference was statistically significant(t=23.842,7.826,12.558,34.565,48.401,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of clustered nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of complications in tumor patients after PICC and stabilize the coagulation indicators of patients.
