优质护理干预对胸外科患者术后心理情绪及疼痛的影响

Effect of High-quality Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Psychology and Pain of Patients in Thoracic Surgery

目的分析优质护理干预对胸外科患者术后心理情绪及疼痛的影响。方法将该院2018年1月—2020年1月收治的84例胸外科手术患者纳入该次研究,依照数字随机表法将其分为对照组(42例)与观察组(42例),对照组给予一般护理,观察组则行优质护理干预,比较两组患者护理前后心理状态改善情况,统计疼痛评分情况,观察生活质量评分以及护理满意度。结果观察组患者的SAS评分(30.28±5.63)分、SDS评分(32.47±2.16)分显著低于对照组(44.82±7.11)分、(43.27±3.62)分,差异有统计学意义(t=10.390、16.064,P<0.05)。观察组患者的VAS评分(1.29±0.43)分显著低于对照组(3.52±0.63)分,差异有统计学意义(t=18.947,P<0.05)。观察组患者的SF-36评分(74.92±7.29)分高于对照组(60.83±5.93)分,差异有统计学意义(t=9.717,P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度97.62%明显高于对照组85.71%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=9.283,P<0.05)。结论在胸外科患者接受手术治疗时,采用优质护理干预的临床效果较好,可显著稳定患者的心理情绪,减轻手术疼痛感。

Objective To analyze the effects of high-quality nursing intervention on postoperative psychological mood and pain in patients with thoracic surgery.Methods A total of 84 patients undergoing thoracic surgery in the hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were included in this study.They were divided into a control group(42 cases)and an observation group(42 cases)according to the number random table method.The control group was given general nursing care,and the observation group was given high-quality nursing intervention.The improvement of the mental state of the two groups of patients before and after nursing was compared,the pain scores were counted,and the quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction were observed.Results The SAS score(30.28±5.63)points and SDS score(32.47±2.16)points of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(44.82±7.11)points and(43.27±3.62)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=10.390,16.064,P<0.05).The VAS score(1.29±0.43)points of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(3.52±0.63)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=18.947,P<0.05).The SF-36 score(74.92±7.29)points of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(60.83±5.93)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.717,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.62%significantly higher than that of the control group 85.71%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=9.283,P<0.05).Conclusion When patients undergoing surgical treatment in thoracic surgery,the use of high-quality nursing intervention has a good clinical effect,which can significantly stabilize the patient's psychological mood and reduce surgical pain.
